Golden apple and Anjou pear fruits with lemon curd, mineral, hazelnut, and vanilla notes in the aromas. In the mouth, a touch of toastiness, yet crisp and fresh with good viscosity and a clean finish. Medium dry. 40% barrel fermented and aged surlie with partial malolactic fermentation. Crisp and vibrant with a touch of richness.
